Description
The year 2009 was showed by an exceptional mildness climatic. Grapes were in perfect maturity during the harvest with excellent sanitary conditions. A great vintage offering elegance and complexity. The colour is a sublime pale yellow with a fine effervescence. The nose is complex with a large aromatic richness. Notes of peach and then pear are revealed accompanied by a hint of spices (vanilla).
The palate fluctuates between mineral richness and fruity freshness. Aromas of citrus and then white chair fruit stand out. The whole is chiseled with a delicate roundness.
