PRODUCTION
Vallformosa is a family-owned winery, now managed by the fifth generation of the Domènech family. It was established in 1865 in Penedès, the famed wine region of Spain. It is a privileged land with unique characteristics for viniculture and from the very beginning, the Domènech family has been passionate about the teachings of their ancestors that the “soul of the wine is in the soil and in their family roots.”
TASTING NOTES
Wine of brilliant red and pomegranate color with violet shimmering. The fresh aroma of wine is filled with fruit and berry notes (cherries, raspberries and blackberries) and floral tints that give the fragrance a special expressiveness and expression. The taste of the wine is harmonious, pleasant, with a silky texture and a long, elegant fruity aftertaste.
