Our winemaker javier collovati has crafted this wine by Choosing premium grapes from lots that thrive in our soils: malbec (60%), syrah (23%), and bonarda (17%) to create this Smooth and approachable ‘big red’.
True to our winemaking philosophy, the Gran Reserva is a small-lot production of the highest quality, produced only in the best vintages. 100% of the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After bottling the wine is laid down to mature for another 12 months.
