Description
The “Polissena” has an intense ruby red color. The nose has an intense aroma, with notes of undergrowth and hints of red berry fruit. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with a pleasant perception of tannins.
Polissena is an act of love towards Tuscany, towards one of its most characteristic vines: Sangiovese. It gives the intense sensations of those with character, surprising however with its unexpected balance. He is the rebellious son from whom you savor unexpected, real emotions. He marks you deeply, engaging but always discreet, never intrusive, in full respect of those who drink.
