Description
Vallformosa, with more than 150 years of history, is a company that produces wines and sparkling wines, where tradition, innovation, sustainability and differentiation coexist in all its aspects. The Bodega has three brands of sparkling wine Vallformosa , Mistinguett and Gran Barón , two brands of wine, Cultivare and Freyé , and the recent I’mperfect , the vino en can.
Vallformosa has been awarded as best winery in the Premios Vinari for the third consecutive year (2020, 2021 and 2022) and best producer of sparkling wines according to the Berliner Wine Trophy 2022.
FERMENTATION
1st fermentation in stainless steel thermo regulated vats at a temperature of 16ºC. 2nd fermentation in bottle using Traditional
Method. Ageing average period of 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
IN APPEARANCE:
Light straw color with greenish tints.
ON THE NOSE:
Aroma of medium intensity with fruity notes that remind us of the apple also, some floral touches are also.
ON THE PALATE:
Harmonious and appetizing in the mouth, with a slight acidity tip, being its round and elegant post taste, it has an end with a fruity character.
FOOD PAIRING:
SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended to take it alone at any time, or accompanying any type of meals. Serve at 5 6ºC.
