Crackabottle is an online wine store of Dionysus Asia Sdn Bhd, one of the leading pioneers in the Malaysia Wine Industry.
Are the wines genuine?
All of Crackabottle wines imported or distributed are 100% genuine, working directly with oversea wineries.
Are wines tax compliant?
100% duty-paid wines. All wines are registered and duty paid with our Malaysian Royal Customs.
Product’s Vintage / Alcohol Content

How long does delivery take?
*Standard Delivery within Klang Valley – within 2-3 working days
*Standard Outside Klang Valley Delivery – within 3-7 working days
Where does Crackabottle deliver in Malaysia?
Crackabottle only delivers to all shippable states in West Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to East Malaysia or internationally.
Can I track my order status?
Crackabottle customers may track their order and order status by contacting us directly via Whatsapp +60 12-635 8233; Outstation orders are able to track their deliveries using the tracking number generated by our courier partner and status can be seen through a tracking link sent via email.
How can I cancel my order?
You can contact us through Whatsapp +60 12-635 8233 within 24 hours upon purchase. If the order has not been shipped yet the order can be cancelled. A refund will be provided minus the credit card transaction fees which are non refundable as the service has already been provided.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can contact us through Whatsapp +60 12-635 8233 within 24 hours upon purchase. Kindly provide your order number and new address. We will be happy to assist you.
Can I return/ refund my order?
All sales are final. If you find you were not satisfied with our products or came across a damaged bottle and would like to seek help. Will there be a receipt?
Crackabottle practises eco-friendly initiatives therefore our receipts are sent only via email. Only a packing list which states what wines are packed in the box
