DELIVERY HOURS:
Standard Delivery within Klang Valley - within 1 to 2 days working days
Standard Delivery for outside Klang Valley - within 3 to 5 working days
Mon – Fri: 10am to 7pm
*No delivery on Saturdays ,Sundays and Public Holidays.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Orders below RM300 are subject to a RM20 delivery charge.
FREE delivery for orders RM300 and above.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Dionysus Asia Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control.
2. Dionysus Asia Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. There will be no cancellation and/or refund after order is paid, except cancellation/refund is only allowed whereas due to unforeseen circumstances.
Upon receiving the goods our delivery person or delivery partner will ensure that the person who receiving the goods is above 21 years old by checking the identification card and he or she is a non Muslim receiver.
