Shipping And Return Policy
Please do contact our customer phone line - +603 6258 3530. We are available Monday – FRIDAY  10:00 AM – 7.00 PM (GMT+8) via email or "Contact Us" page to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days from the day of submission.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of online orders. Any orders placed after 12 PM (GMT+8) will be ship the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout.
During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
Only merchandise purchased from can be returned to within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused for returns. If the merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, you will receive a refund for the returned item via the original method of payment, once photo of the damage item is submitted via email. Please note return shipping fees are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

How To Return
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. | DIONYSUS ASIA SDN BHD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7-14 business days after the confirmation. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via PosLaju or other Courier Services or directly return at our retail outlet and retain the receipt for your records. |
