[Bulk] L’ODALET PINOT NOIR 2022

Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the natural fruit flavors, typical of this grape variety and enhance the color. Cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days results in delicate and non-aggressive tannins. Matured in tanks.

Elaborated exclusively with Pinot Noir, this wine has a beautiful garnet color with brilliant reflections. An expressive nose on the small red fruits, with some spicy and smoky notes. The finesse, the mouth is supple and balanced.

It is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes and ripened cheeses.
