The K1 Sauvignon Blanc vines are the oldest in the Adelaide Hills and are planted in a sandy loam area of the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard, a consistent hero of our vineyard. The vines are spur pruned to a low bud number to increase fruit quality.
Vibrant aromas of gooseberries, pineapple, passionfruit and apricot are complemented by notes of elderflower, green peas and canned asparagus. The palate is clean and fresh with green apples and racy acidity. Ending on a drier note, this wine is perfect with Asian cuisine and seafood dishes.
