Selective harvest in the beginning of the day to keep the natural fruit freshness. Immediately drained and pressed. Cold settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Lightly oaked.

This wine comes from the Chardonnay grape and has a very pale yellow color with brilliant reflections. Its nose reveals aromas of yellow fruit and jasmine. Its mouth is fresh and elegant with fruity notes and a discreet woodland. It is perfectly accompanied with grilled fish, white meats and cheeses.
