L’ODALET MERLOT 2022

Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the natural fruit flavors, typical of this grape variety and enhance the color. Cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days results in delicate and non-aggressive tannins. Matured in tanks.

100% Merlot is an authentic wine of Pays d’Oc, juicy with supple tannins. Notes of ripe red fruits with a light touch of Mediterranean herbs and spices. The palate is rich and ample with the aromas of ripe berries.

It will perfectly accompany grilled meats, pork loin in sauce or soft cheeses.
