Vallformosa, with more than 150 years of history, is a company that produces wines and sparkling wines, where tradition, innovation, sustainability and differentiation coexist in all its aspects. The Bodega has three brands of sparkling wine Vallformosa , Mistinguett and Gran Barón , two brands of wine, Cultivare and Freyé , and the recent I’mperfect , the vino en can.
Vallformosa has been awarded as best winery in the Premios Vinari for the third consecutive year (2020, 2021 and 2022) and best producer of sparkling wines according to the Berliner Wine Trophy 2022.
This powerful red wine from Spain is made from the varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as soon as possible. They are selected there and squeezed carefully. Fermentation is then carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is followed by a ripening on the fine lens for several months before the wine finally embellished.
TASTING NOTES
Gung color with violet edges. Aromatic intensity to red forest fruits with notes of violet and green pepper or liquorice, giving it a touch between balsamic and miner that makes the set of aromas complex. From a soft entrance, with a harmonious and structured body, with tastes of ripe red fruits. It has a long and pleasant post taste to raspberry and red forest fruit.
