Description
We started picking the Merlot on the 7th September with a troupe of 40 people. The new harvest reception equipment was working perfectly and four people were at the sorting table. The Malbecs were picked on the 20th September.
The Cabernet Sauvignons and the rest of the Merlots followed and wefinished harvesting on the 3rd October. The fermentation got under way with no hiccups and the tannin indicators were showing well with alcohol similar to previous harvests and balanced pHS. Both the Merlots and Cabernet Sauvignons are really beautiful quality.
