Description
The grapes, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are machine harvested in the cool of the night, separately over a few days. The viticulturalist look for particular flavour profiles, from fresh lemon through to tropical.
Each variety is vinified separately to enhance their individual characteristics and give greater flexibility when blending came along. Pressed into stainless steel vats to undergo an inoculated ferment with temperature control. Primarily aiming to keep the wine simple and fresh, allowing the fruit to shine for itself. 85% Semillon and 15% Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright and clear straw. Fresh and bright tropical notes with a hit of freshly squeezed citrus. Powerful citrus hit. Crisp, zesty and refreshing, dominated by fresh citrus and tropical fruits which tantalise your taste buds. A hint of candied lemon sorbet and fresh lime to finish. A very popular wine for immediate enjoyment.
