Between Bordeaux and St Emilion, Entre – Deux-Mers, on the promontory of Camarsac, the Castle called ” Black Prince ” was built in the early fourteenth century for its ancient part. After the transformation of the sixteenth and seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, a new photovoltaic covered vat integrates in 2012.
It is the combination of expertise, technology, tradition, work and passion, Thierry Lurton and his team are trying to meet the challenge of being rooted in the terroir and history while looking towards a sustainable future.
TASTING NOTES
Power, roundness, smoothness, fruit and neat finish characterize this modern wine. The color is deep, the nose is powerful and has aromas of blackcurrant and gooseberry, subtly spiced. The attack is supple. The tannins are well structured. The wine is fat and round.
